Mr. Qaiser Rashid Khan

The Honourable Chief Justice Peshawar High Court paid a day long visit to District Mansehra on 05/07/2022. He was accompanied by Mr. Kamran Hayat Honourable Justice Peshawar High Court, the PSO & other respected principal officers of Peshawar High Court Circuit Bench Abbottabad.

He inaugurated newly constructed building consisting of 6 courtrooms. He subsequently attended a ceremony held at District Bar Room Mansehra jointly organized by the District Judiciary & District Bar Mansehra. Audience of the ceremony included District & Sessions judge belonging to Ex-cadre, vice-chairman & members KP bar council, office-bearers & members of different Bar Associations, the DC & DPO & Media persons.

Honourable Chief Justice participated in the event as the Chief Guest & administered oath to the incumbent cabinet of DBA Mansehra. Honourable the Chief Justice delivered speech to the audience wherein responded to many issues/demands of the bar. He assured full cooperation on the part of Peshawar High Court in respect of all matters relating to dispensation of justice. In the concluding hours of the visit his lordship visited the site of future Judicial Complex Mansehra & inaugurated the construction work. He was briefed on the project by an officer of the C&W department. His lordship issued directions for earliest completion of the project. In the end, his lordship expressed gratitude for the district judiciary & district bar Mansehra for better organising of all the events of the visit. His lordship appreciated better management on the part of District Judiciary Mansehra. He as well as the Hon'ble Guest of Honour also planted trees at both the sites.
